It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Fortnite Battle Royale as all of the comet speculation over the past couple of months was finally settled with Season 4. Dusty Depot was always the target destination, getting destroyed and appropriately renamed as Dusty Divot. Season 4 brought with it additional changes including UI enhancements, the removal of the crossbow, as well as a brand new battle pass.
In addition to all of the in-game loot, the Fortnite Battle Royale battle pass brings back the weekly challenge system. With week 2 now live, one of the challenges tasks players with finding and dancing in front of seven different film cameras. Thankfully, the folks on Reddit have put together a handy guide for finding all of the different spots including a map as well. While not plentiful, players can find cameras in locations that are not typically populated like Haunted Hills, and Junk Junction. Four cameras can be found around Moisty Mire, so that might be a decent spot to start.
The challenge works similarly to a season 3 challenge that tasked players with dancing in forbidden locations, essentially areas that had a no dancing sign. Simply walk up to a camera and use a dance emote near it. Players don’t have to dance for a certain length of time either, as long as the emote starts near the camera, it’ll count. In addition, this is a challenge that can be completed across multiple games and isn’t something that needs to be accomplished during the same match like the Gas Station challenge last season.
In the meantime, players can experience the power that Marvel’s Thanos gets to wield in the latest Avengers movie as the Mad Titan gets a special crossover event with Fortnite. The special Fortnite x Avengers limited time mode sees the Infinity Gauntlet land in a random spot on the map. The player who picks it up becomes Thanos and gets access to a larger HP and Shield pool. While health doesn’t regenerate in this form, the player has access to four special abilities including a meteor smash and super jump.
Fortnite is available now on iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
